What is ELXMarket?
ELXMarket is a financial technology platform that provides institutional-grade market data visualization, advanced mathematical indicators, and predictive charting tools for modern traders. We are a data vendor and analytics provider — not a brokerage or financial advisor.
How do I create an account?
Click the gold Register button in the top-right corner of any page. Fill in your email and choose a password. You can start with the free Starter plan and upgrade at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Starter plan is free and gives you access to basic charting, indicators, and standard data feeds. You can also request a free demo dashboard to explore the full feature set before committing.

What markets do you cover?
Our platform covers global Forex currency pairs, major commodities, indices, and derivatives. All data feeds are sourced from institutional liquidity providers with 99.9% uptime.
What indicators are available?
We offer 50+ technical indicators including Moving Averages, MACD, RSI, Bollinger Bands, Volume Profile, Ichimoku, Fibonacci tools, and custom mathematical overlays. Professional and Enterprise plans unlock the full indicator suite.
Can I backtest trading strategies?
Yes. Our Developer Sandbox allows you to backtest historical data and strategies in an isolated environment without risking real capital. This feature is available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

How is my data protected?
All data transmitted through our platform is encrypted end-to-end. We follow industry-standard security practices and do not store or share your personal trading data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell your personal information. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services.
Account & Billing
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as wire transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
